Initial Consultation Session

An initial Pilates consultation session begins with a brief intake to review your movement history, injuries, goals, and current activity level, followed by a movement assessment that observes posture, breath pattern, core engagement, joint mobility, and functional movement quality; this allows the instructor to identify imbalances, limitations, and compensations and to design a safe, individualized plan—often including a mix of mat and apparatus work, modifications, and progression guidelines—so you leave with clear goals, an expected timeline for progress, and specific exercises to practice between sessions.

Private Pilates Session

In this private Pilates session, the theme of True North will guide you toward discovering and deepening your inner strength, focus, and alignment—both physically and mentally. This personalized session will be designed to help you find balance, clarity, and connection within your body and your pilates practice.

Duet Pilates Session

A duet Pilates lesson with True North will be designed for two participants to explore connection, balance, and alignment together. While each person will be working on their individual strength and flexibility, the shared focus on True North will create a sense of mutual support, intention, and synergy between you and your partner.
